Cartotecnica Postumia Spa
For over 50 years Cartotecnica Postumia has been designing, printing and making packaging for the food industry, as well as shoppers for retail. We manufacture in Italy, in the heart of the Veneto region, in Carmignano di Brenta, and deliver all over the world.
Cartotecnica postumia s.p.a. was founded in 1967 by Ettore Gava, who after 37 years of working in a local paper mill, decided to become an entrepreneur just before his retirement and to start a company in the sector he knew best: paper.
Today we are still a family business, led by Pierluigi Gava, CEO and grandson of the founder.
Our company values have remained the same as those of their founder, and we base all of our strategic and operational choices on them:

We are what dresses your flour, sugar and any other product that needs to be packaged in a paper bag. We are the image of the brand that leaves the shop and enters people’s homes. With our branded paper goods we become part of the identity of your products.

Each of us is unique, in their characteristics and needs, as is every project we take on. This is why over the years we have aimed at offering an ever-higher customization and decided to modify our production process in order to generate value in the fastest way and without waste, providing only what is needed when it is needed. An attitude that is encompassed in the higher concept of sustainability, constituted by the reduction of waste and active listening to all customers.
To achieve this, we have launched a process of change of all our processes: strategic, productive, administrative and commercial, guided by the Lean philosophy.
