Employment, Diversity and Inclusion and Well-being
At Cartotecnica Postumia we believe in the value of our human capital.
In 2022 our People were made up as follows: 124 employees, 2 fractional senior managers and 39 temporary workers.
The temporary staff is not tied to seasonal reasons and is the recipient of continuous training investments.
When permanent job opportunities open up, they are also offered to temporary workers, as is evident from the turnover data illustrated below.
100% of our employees are covered by the CCNL (National Collective Labor Agreements).
98% of employees are on permanent contracts and 93% have a full-time contract.
The distribution of the population by contractual classification of employees is as follows:
▶ 1 manager (100% men);
▶ 2 executives (50% women, 50% men); ▶ 31 employees (52% women, 48% men); ▶ 90 workers (10% women, 90% men).
The female portion of employees is approximately 21% and is mainly positioned in support functions.
Among temporary staff who substantially work in the production sector, this percentage rises to 69%.
