▶ the data attributable to personnel and the management of professional skills refer to the company workforce as of 31 December 2022 and come from the HR function of Cartotecnica Postumia S.p.A.
The scope and sources are shown at the bottom of each table.
To ensure the ability to compare the indicators considered most significant over time, as well as the performances obtained, the current values were examined, through the use of graphs and tables, in relation to those relating to the two previous years.
Furthermore, to guarantee the reliability of the data, the use of estimates has been limited as much as possible and, if present, are based on approximations consolidated over the years.
When drawing up the Sustainability Report, the following principles were taken into account in the reporting
cycle: stakeholder involvement, sustainability, materiality, completeness, accuracy, balance, transparency, comparability, reliability and timeliness.
It should be noted that external assurance of the 2022 Sustainability Report was not requested, as the first assessment was only launched this year.
