Hours of training provided per capita
▶ During the three-year period 2020-2022, various assessments were conducted aimed at the growth of internal figures:
▶ July 2020: Assessment conducted remotely during the pandemic for aspiring end-of-line workers, 2 inserted of which 1 remained;
▶ October 2020: Assessment conducted following internal job posting for warehouse worker selection;
▶ September/October 2021: Assessment for internal selection of shopper team leaders;
▶ 2021: Internal assessment for KPO selection;
▶ October 2022: Assessment conducted following internal
job posting for warehouse worker selection;
▶ November/December 2022: Assessment for internal selection of the press team leader.
Health and Safety
At Cartotecnica Postumia we are committed to respecting current legislation on hygiene, health and safety in the workplace, promoting responsible behaviour on the part of all collaborators and employees.

Furthermore, we adopt all necessary and appropriate prevention measures aimed at preserving the health and safety of workers.
The Risk Assessment Document (DVR) was updated during 2022.
The emergency plan was reviewed and six emergency and evacuation drills were carried out.
During the year we trained collaborators on the need to report critical issues or aspects to improve with consequent activation of prevention and protection measures and we carried out a training update activity relating to the topic of postural gymnastics for around 80 training workers .
During 2022 there were 5 injuries. Decisive prevention measures have been implemented in order to avoid similar events. We have created a dedicated information space in order to inform all colleagues of accidents, to learn and to change dangerous behaviours.
We continue to share near misses and related resolution measures with the working population.
