Stakeholder involvement
As previously mentioned, inclusiveness and materiality are at the core of our approach to sustainability.
These principles guide us towards innovation to achieve our objectives concerning quality of information and adequacy of our presentation methods to our stakeholders.
We involved all relevant stakeholders through the materiality analysis.
We then launched various initiatives for internal and external stakeholders.
With regard to the involvement of collaborators, in 2022 we organized two events called ‘Piazza Postumia’ (one in the summer and one before the Christmas holidays) to share the company strategy and celebrate together.
During the pandemic, an internal communication channel was created via WhatsApp in order to communicate relevant information to employees in text or video form.
As already stated, we intend to listen to the company community to rebuild on their hidden needs and skills.
With reference to external stakeholders, we have opened the company to the territory and hosted local schools on various occasions. We interact with clients constantly. We are always present at sector fairs with a dedicated stand.
