Responsible and sustainable
management of the supply chain
In 2022, purchases of raw and subsidiary materials represent 50% of the economic value generated and 72% of operating costs.
Local communities
Consideration for our territory and the local community is a key aspect for us, as we are aware of the importance of creating shared value.
Indeed, we collaborate with and support many social, sporting and cultural initiatives in the area of influence of the Carmignano di Brenta (PD) headquarters.
In the three-year period between 2020-2022, we disbursed approximately 54,000 euros.

In 2022, there were 557 active suppliers.
The main strategic purchasing product categories are:

Within the scope of local suppliers, i.e. those coming from the same region and which account for an average of 30%, we favour suppliers with social value. Since 2011 we have chosen to manage all manual processes by entrusting them solely to type B Social Cooperatives (in 2022 4,500 hours) belonging to the local community, thus contributing to achieving productive employment and dignified work for workers, including for people with disabilities.
We intend to launch an in-depth analysis of the sustainability characteristics of supplier companies and their products to further reduce our environmental impact.

We collaborate on a permanent basis with the Cooperativa Sociale Rinascere of Carmignano di Brenta, which has
been working for 25 years to create and encourage
work placement and rehabilitation paths for people in disadvantaged situations. We entrust to them all the simplest manual processes of our production cycle.
