Our guiding principles/ core values
We have defined an integrated corporate policy that has the following four guiding principles::

Being ready for change and inclined to develop organizational processes while remaining faithful to the paper packaging sector. Focusing on sustainable innovation to respond to the challenges that the sector is called upon to face, whether local to global.
▶ The value of people at the heart of our decisions
Investing in people through continuous training and skill development, as well as through the commitment to producing a positive social impact in the medium and
long term. Respect and trust for people, be they internal collaborators or customers and/or suppliers who must always come first when making company decisions through an open and discussion-led dialogue.
▶ Reliability at company and product level
Always guaranteeing dutifulness with everyone, internally and externally, as well as keeping one’s word and commitments made with the utmost coherence towards all stakeholders. Designing and manufacturing capable products to fully respond to expectations, setting increasingly ambitious objectives for improvements and environmental protection.
▶ Quality of relationships and solid partnerships
Committing to creating and nurturing long-lasting relationships, conducive to continuous collaboration with suppliers and customers with the aim of identifying, developing and responsibly implementing solutions for specific needs that are also sustainable.
