The material themes that emerged allowed us to define four strategic pillars of sustainability:
▶ People, with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion and attention to safety and health, well-being and growth of collaborators thanks to listening, engagement, coaching and training on soft skills;
▶ Planet, with focus on the sustainable management of resources (raw materials, energy, waste, paper waste) to minimize negative impacts and increase positive ones
▶ Partnership & Prosperity, with a focus on Stakeholder Engagement, Partnerships along the industrial (value chain) and territorial ecosystem and sustainable innovation;
▶ Governance, as a founding element, with a focus on managing the business with ethics, integrity and attention to compliance with regulations, with the ultimate objective of including ESG issues within the strategy.
