Thanks to the contribution of stakeholders, we were able to better define our Sustainability Journey in a participatory way.
An online questionnaire was used to involve approximately 100 stakeholders, of which 51 were the final respondents. The questionnaire included 6 sections and was made available in three languages: Italian, English and French, in order to allow customers and foreign suppliers to understand and express themselves more easily.
The themes to be evaluated were drawn from the ESG Protocol of the Paper and Graphics Federation and integrated with other themes present in the company documents. Comparisons were then carried out with international standards such as GRI, SASB, in order not to omit potentially important aspects.
Material issues or the relevant issues in regards to sustainability on which we have the ability to impact (inside- out effect or materiality of impact) are 17.
Our material themes are shown below, in order of current and/or potential impact alongside the pairing to the material themes of the Paper and Graphics Federation.
