These values, together with the themes that we understood to be important for our stakeholders, led us to define four pillars on which to shape our sustainability strategy: People, focusing our attention on listening and paying attention to people, Planet, with a particular attention to the management of resources, Partnership, to reiterate the importance of the involvement of all Stakeholders and finally Governance, to include Sustainability as an essential point in the company’s strategies, so much so that our objective is the transformation in Benefit Corporations.
